Do you handle permits and approvals for house demolition?

Yes. We obtain the permits and approvals from certifying authorities as part of the job, so the demolition complies with local regulations. You don’t need to chase paperwork yourself. Before we start, we’ll confirm what approvals apply to your property and keep you updated on where they’re up to.

Who disconnects the water, gas and electricity?

We coordinate the safe disconnection of water, gas and electricity before any demolition begins. This step comes first because live services are a serious hazard on a demolition site. Once the utilities are isolated, our team can start work safely.

What happens if my house contains asbestos?

Homes built before Australia’s 2003 asbestos ban may contain it, often in fibro sheeting, eaves or flooring. We offer asbestos testing, and safe removal and disposal, so suspected material is identified and handled before demolition proceeds. We can arrange this as part of the same project.

Can you demolish just a garage, shed or pool?

Yes. You don’t need to demolish a whole house to use our services. We remove garages, sheds and pools (both in-ground and above-ground) on their own. This is a common way to free up space for a new build, a renovation or landscaping.

What happens to the materials after demolition?

Once demolition is finished, we clear all debris from the site. Materials are sorted for recycling or safe disposal, which reduces the environmental impact of the job. You’ll be left with a clean, clear block ready for your builder or your next project.
