Welcome to AAAGS Demolition Terrigal

What Makes Terrigal a Unique Demolition Environment?

Terrigal’s terrain and coastal conditions demand a specialised approach not required in inland suburbs like Tuggerah or Wyong.

Coastal Wind & Salt Exposure

Beachfront demolition must consider:

High-traffic areas around Terrigal Beach, The Haven, and Surf Club Precinct need:

High-Value & Luxury Properties

Modern homes and multi-storey structures require precision demolition and careful removal of structural materials to protect neighbours and sensitive environments.

These conditions make Terrigal one of the most complex demolition environments on the Central Coast — and AAAGS specialises in handling them.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We engaged AAAGS services for a KDR. From the first contact to the completed works Matt went above and beyond each step of the way. He was professional and provided exceptional customer service consistently. Matt was in constant communication with us, flexible when things didn’t go to schedule and assisted in managing neighbouring concerns with the handling and removal of asbestos. His price was competitive and our land was handed back tidy and clear ready for the builder to start.
I highly recommend his services!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is the second time we have used Mat and his team to demolish a house for our proposed build. Each time Mat has been extremely professional and delivered exactly what he said. Our builders even commented on how good the site was left after demolition. We will be using Mat's services again for our next one.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mat is very professional and explains all the works and processes. We were a bit hesitant to have our asbestos removed but after speaking with Mat all of that hesitation was addressed and we felt very comfortable for him and his team to remove the asbestos safely out of our home. We will definitely seek out his expertise for any future works.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mathew and his team at AAAGS Demolition went above and beyond for us today, demolishing a garage that had asbestos and removing all of our surrounding rubbish for us. We had many texts and calls in regards to the job and Mathew was always willing to help. We just moved up from Sydney and found AAAGS on line with no previous knowledge of any demolition companies. Would highly recommend AAAGS ,thanks again, Kathy and Bruce
