Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We engaged AAAGS services for a KDR. From the first contact to the completed works Matt went above and beyond each step of the way. He was professional and provided exceptional customer service consistently. Matt was in constant communication with us, flexible when things didn’t go to schedule and assisted in managing neighbouring concerns with the handling and removal of asbestos. His price was competitive and our land was handed back tidy and clear ready for the builder to start.
I highly recommend his services!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is the second time we have used Mat and his team to demolish a house for our proposed build. Each time Mat has been extremely professional and delivered exactly what he said. Our builders even commented on how good the site was left after demolition. We will be using Mat's services again for our next one.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mat is very professional and explains all the works and processes. We were a bit hesitant to have our asbestos removed but after speaking with Mat all of that hesitation was addressed and we felt very comfortable for him and his team to remove the asbestos safely out of our home. We will definitely seek out his expertise for any future works.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Mathew and his team at AAAGS Demolition went above and beyond for us today, demolishing a garage that had asbestos and removing all of our surrounding rubbish for us. We had many texts and calls in regards to the job and Mathew was always willing to help. We just moved up from Sydney and found AAAGS on line with no previous knowledge of any demolition companies. Would highly recommend AAAGS ,thanks again, Kathy and Bruce

Commercial Demolition FAQs

What types of commercial buildings do you demolish?

We demolish office buildings, retail spaces, warehouses and industrial sites across the Central Coast and Newcastle. Jobs range from small shopfronts to multi-storey commercial complexes and factories. If you only need the interior cleared, we also do strip-outs, so tell us what your site needs and we’ll quote for that.

Do you organise the permits and approvals?

Yes. We handle the permits and approvals with the certifying authorities, so you don’t have to chase them. Which approvals apply depends on the building and the scope of work. We confirm what your site requires before demolition starts, so the job meets local and environmental regulations.

How much does commercial demolition cost?

The cost depends on the size and construction of the building, site access, whether asbestos is present, and how much waste has to be removed. Every site is different, so the most accurate way to get a price is a quote. We offer free quotes. Send us the address and a short description of the job.

How long will the demolition take?

It depends on the size of the building, the materials involved, site access and whether asbestos needs to be removed first. A small retail strip-out is a very different job from a warehouse or factory. Once we’ve assessed your site, we can give you a realistic timeframe with your quote.

Can you demolish a building while neighbouring businesses keep trading?

We aim to keep disruption to nearby operations low, and we work to strict safety protocols throughout. Access, working hours and the position of neighbouring properties all shape how we plan a job, so raise them when you request a quote. We’ll talk you through how the work will run.

What if the building contains asbestos?

Older commercial buildings can contain asbestos, and it needs to be identified and removed before demolition begins. We offer asbestos testing and safe asbestos removal and disposal, so one team can find it and clear it. That means fewer contractors to coordinate.

What happens to the debris, and what state is the site left in?

Recyclable material is sorted out and the rest is disposed of safely, which reduces the environmental impact of the job. Once demolition is finished, we clear all remaining debris. The site is left clean and ready for the next stage of development.

Can you do the excavation after the building is gone?

Yes. We provide excavation services, so we can move from demolition to site preparation without handing over to another contractor. Tell us what the next stage of your project needs when you request a quote, and we’ll include it in the scope.

Which areas do you service?

We’re based in Gosford and work across the Central Coast, Newcastle, Sydney and surrounding areas. If your site is outside those areas, contact us and we’ll check availability.

How do I get a quote?

Call Arthur on 0417 677 128 or Mathew on 0451 436 559, or use the contact form. Quotes are free. Have the site address and a short description of the job ready, and we’ll take it from there.
